Banana Slicer
- This machine is used for slicing bananas as plain Chips & Rippled
Chips.
- Shape of slices are elliptical.
- Peeled bananas fed manually from the top, sliced chips are guided
through a guide, fitted over a frying pan.
- Also available with twin heads which are driven by single motor.
- Capacity for single head is 40 banana per minute & for twin head
80 banana per minute.
- For single head, Motor requirement ½ H.P & for Double head,
Motor requirement 1 H.P
